The Immigration Services Program of Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada works closely with the Executive Office for Immigration Review and the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) to identify those individuals in need of
legal assistance and representation.
The Immigration Services Program assists individuals with applications for benefits under the laws of the United States. The Program represents individuals in immigration proceedings, as well as assists those who are seeking administrative relief, such as immigrant minors and battered women.
The primary objective of the Program is to help individuals obtain self-sufficiency and stability in the United States by helping them obtain:
Legal Permanent Residency
Temporary Protective Status
There are many ways in which an individual may obtain these legal benefits. The program achieves its objectives by providing comprehensive and competent legal services to those with immigration-related legal concerns.
