

The Crossroads Transitional Living for Senior Men Program is provided
to help men ages 55 and older who have found themselves temporarily homeless, on a limited income, and waiting for permanent low-income housing.

Must be 55 years old or older.
Must have a State Picture Identification Card.
Social Security Card.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or have a valid INS Authorization to work.
Mentally and Physically able to work.

Safe and healthy living accomodations.
Three meals a day.
Clothing.
Personal hygiene items.
Life Skills Training and Case Management.
Referrals to services for social, educational, and medical needs.

Clients must be free from alcohol, drugs, and gambling addictions or in a recovery program. Clients must actively take part in removing the barriers to achieve an independent life.
