These 120 fully furnished apartments are specifically designed to help men and women regain their independence and transition to permanent housing.
Have a verifiable income at the time of application.
Have a past history of employment, if applicable.
Be committed to gaining self-sufficiency.
The maximum income to qualify is up to $22,800 annually for the next 12 months. However, after the applicant has been accepted into the program an income increase will not jeopardize their eligibility in the program.
The rent payment is based on a sliding scale of 30% of total gross income. The maximum fee for rent is $343.00 per month.
Complete Application and or Screening with Case Manager.
Attend Orientation for description of the program rules and regulations.
A written agreement by applicant is required before a lease is offered.
Pay the security deposit, partial or in full, to be on the waiting list.
For the Application Process please have:
Picture identification - driver's license or state ID.
Social Security Card or copy from Social Security Administration.
Proof of income.
Homeless letter: referral from a shelter or letter from friend or relative you have been living with.
If applicable a letter from your employer on company letterhead verifying your employment.
Moving In Financial Requirements
Full Security Deposit of $100 ($75 refundable).
Pro-rated rent must be paid at time of move in.
Background check charge of $30 - non-refundable paid prior to move in date.
