Our hearty meals are made fresh and then flash frozen in sealed, biodegradable two-compartment trays that may be reheated in microwave or conventional ovens (instructions are included). All meals contain protein and carbohydrates and all contain a starch such as pasta, potato or rice.

Please note that these meals cannot be sold directly to individuals who have been assessed as ELIGIBLE for Meals on Wheels and who are currently waiting for their services to begin.

Homestyle Chili $3.50
Delicious and mildly spiced chili with ground turkey, tomatoes, green peppers and beans.

Ziti Pasta $3.00
Ziti pasta in a tomato based sauce with ground turkey and one cup of vegetables.

Herbed Chicken $3.50
Seasoned and baked chicken drumstick served with brown rice and italian blend vegetables.

Turkey Patty $3.50
Ground turkey and sausage formed into a patty, served with potatoes and vegetable.

Meatloaf $3.50
Ground beef patty served with potato
and low sodium gravy.

Penne Pasta $3.00
Whole wheat penne pasta served with a tomato-based meat sauce with ground turkey. Served with one cup of vegetables.

BBQ Chicken $3.50
Dark meat chicken baked and topped with slightly sweet BBQ sauce, served over a bed of brown rice with one cup of vegetables.

Chili Cheese Baked Potato $3.50
Baked potato smother in chili and topped with shredded chedder cheese served with broccoli.

Salisbury Steak $3.50
Seasoned ground beef patty on a bed of brown rice smothered with low sodium brown gravy.
