This program provides single-women with children; single-men with children;
two-parent married couples with children; veterans of any age and seniors 62 years or older, assistance: with housing, utility payment assistance, case management, job training, food and clothing to end the cycle of homelessness and to gain
self-sufficiency through employment.

Three years of employment history
Proof of homelessness: letter from a shelter, eviction notice, etc.In order to be eligible for the Homeless to Home program
clients must attend orientation.
