We accept volunteers ages 14 and older to help out in our different programs from helping our Hands of Hope Community Food Pantry to helping serve meals in our St. Vincent Lied Dining Facility.

We also have more hands-on hands on opportunities with our youth mentorship program, where we assist refugee youth ages 15-24 reach their personal, academic, and career goals.

For those unable to commit to regular volunteer hours, there's still a meaningful way to contribute. Donating non-perishable food items and essential goods to Catholic Charities' food pantry directly supports their initiatives to provide nutritious meals and necessities to those in need. Canned vegetables, fruits, protein-rich foods, whole grains, and hygiene products are always in high demand, ensuring that thoughtful contributions have a significant impact on improving lives.
