Additionally, you'll need to demonstrate your residency within the state of Nevada.

When registering children under the age of five for the WIC program, remember to bring their immunization records, hospital birth records  or birth certificate. If any of these documents are unavailable, don't worry. Simply reach out to your local WIC office for assistance.
